United Ways

United Way is doing its “Epic Easter Event” at Griner Park on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. This free hunt is open for all ages. There will be an egg hunt, crafts, games, prizes, and treats available, while supplies last.

Mission Library 

Pysanky: Ukranian Easter Eggs at the Mission Library on March 28th from 6-7:30. This event is for ages 12+ and registration is required to ensure there are enough supplies for everyone. Registration is through the Mission Library.

Mission Arts Council 

Check out the Fibres by the Fraser: Its all Natural by members of the Mission Weavers and Spinners Guild at the Mission Arts Council. The exhibit runs Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12:00 – 4:00 pm from March 26th – April 13, 2024.

 

Natural World Crystal 

Join The Natural World Crystals and Gifts at their Soapstone Carving Class by Carve 2 Carve being held on Sunday, March 31 from 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm. This 90-minute class allows participants to sculpt Brazilian soapstone in any shape they can imagine. Learn more about the event and register here

Shine Bright 

Explore the radiant Shine Bright Lights in Downtown Mission before they dim out! With only a few days to enjoy the Shine Bright offerings head down to participating businesses to discover some new treats or revisit your favorites! Lights and offerings end on March 31, 2024. While downtown, don't miss out on Magnolias on Main's Shine Bright Bouquet- a beautiful ensemble of lively blooms, an ideal gift for the host of your Easter dinner.
