Mark your calendars for November 16th and head to The Junction Shopping Centre from 11am - 3pm for our free Holiday Nostalgia Tour Kick-Off Event. Enjoy a bustling market of local vendors, live music, and holiday activities that are sure to get you in the spirit. Little ones will love the kids' train ride, and everyone will have a chance to meet a very special guest—the Grinch!

🎥 Mission Movie Moment: After enjoying the kick-off festivities, join us in the evening for the 4th annual Mission Movie Moment Holiday where Tourism Mission hosts a special screening of Hallmark’s Ms. Christmas Comes to Town, filmed right here in Mission!

Please note: The Mission Movie Moment is a ticketed event, so be sure to grab your tickets early! While the movie screening requires a ticket, the rest of the day’s activities at The Junction Kick-Off Event are completely free and open to everyone. So invite your friends!

Visit participating local businesses, where select archival images will give you a peek into how our community once celebrated the holidays. It’s a simple, festive way to enjoy the charm of Christmases gone by while supporting local shops.

Pick Up Your Tour Map & Passport

To start your adventure, grab a Holiday Nostalgia Self-Guided Tour Map from the Mission Visitor Information Centre or at any participating location. Don’t forget to collect stamps at each stop! Once your passport is full, enter it into our prize draw for a chance to win $500 in Downtown Dollars and other exciting local prizes.
